The aggregate market value of the voting stock held by non-affiliates of the registrant as of June 30, 2011, the last business day of the registrant's second fiscal quarter, was approximately $652,465,825 (based on the closing price reported on such date by The NASDAQ Global Market of the registrant's common stock).
